Our Story
Ten years ago, we were running our own bird, fish and reptile stores in Australia. Like many retailers, we were caught in constant price wars—switching brands, fighting shrinking margins, and watching profits disappear.
One day we asked ourselves: What if we built our own brands—products that were different, so we’d never have to compete on price again?
That idea became H2O Pro Aquarium, Viper Reptile and Breeders Secret Birds.
To bring it to life, we established a central warehouse in Guangzhou, where suppliers from across China send their goods to be consolidated into one shipment. This meant we no longer had to fill an entire container with a single product. We could order smaller quantities of many items, all branded under our own labels—freeing up cashflow and warehouse space.
After years of refining this system for our own Australian stores, we’re now opening it to international partners—businesses ready to grow without the headaches of sourcing, consolidation, or effort and time to develop brand and packaging.
